How I can clean my day stuffed animals, without harming them?
I have lots of Rainbow Brite dolls and other dolls 80 and stuffed animals that I played with a girl. Usually placed on shelves, hanging in a hammock, toy, or piled in a wicker backet in my room. Many of them are white, but I realized that becoming dirty and dusty. More than 20 years old so I can not put them in a washing machine or dryer. Is there any way to clean them by hand, without harming them? I want you to see bright white again. I thought about putting them in plastic bags in the closet, but I love watching them. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
Try this for size, fill a tub with hot water and get a bar of laundry soap – The type that is soft sunlight and a small soft brush and gently rub the features that need special attention. Rinse with a little tap water and put them in a shaded but airy to dry naturally. If clothing can be removed to remove them first and give them a separate wash and iron when dry if necessary comb the dolls hair and if they look as good as new
