Appetizers, sandwiches, tray ideas for my party?
Okay, so I'm having a PartyLite candle program / game and my theme is cheese and wine. So … obviously going to be used white and red wine and four types of cheese. My dilemma is I need some ideas for snacks, sandwiches and trays. I perhaps obviously, a vegetable platter, fruit salad, maybe the chips or something? (*** I'm on a diet and want to serve healthy food, nothing too serious and fat) do not know. I need some good ideas. And the most important thing I need help I need is a recipe / idea for a type of sandwich to serve (Such as mini snack things – like when you cut the sandwich into fours and serve in squares or whatever). My friend made cucumber sandwiches at your party and I do not want your copy, so I want to do something different, but something unique, as well as cold cuts or whatever. Any ideas? Also thanks to all, does anyone know any good red wine that can be used that is not too expensive?
