Totally New Moms: Sleepless and lovin 'it
For weeks, I've gone to the bathroom three times every night, slept beside him faithfully in instead of your back, and snacked in the early hours of the morning. Making a baby is hard work, even when you're trying to sleep. And once your prince or Princess was born, the string of sleepless nights is just beginning.
A friend of forty-odd years has been trying unsuccessfully to have a baby for many years. Last week, gave birth to a beautiful girl. When she talks about the miracle of a week old, glows. Despite the lack of sleep and exhaustion of nursing she is radiant. What is the secret to being a completely new mother is full of joy?

5. Put something on the calendar itself. Being a new mom is a job unlike any other. No coffee breaks, the night off, or very clothes to wear. You are a physician 24 hours. To take full advantage of his new role, things plan to renew your mind, body and spirit. No only has good intentions about taking care of yourself. You have to put on the calendar or it will not happen. List things like Monday night, 30 minutes of reading for myself while my husband watches the baby. They wait for events that do not drown in the monotony of diapers and feeding.
