Waiting on God

Lead me in Your truth and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation in thee do I wait all day (Psalm 25:5).

In the beginning Adam was full of life, energy and peace of the Spirit of God as walking with his Creator in the Garden of Eden. When Adam walked with God that was in total harmony with Him and His creation. While attending the garden flowing in the power of the Spirit of God was upon him and one with it. Since the issues raised in the heart of Adam's thoughts came into her soul Lord bursts with joy as he worked the peaceful implementation in his heart. In the care of the garden Adam and God found fulfillment in his great companionship. Adam was so full of life he lived 930 years after sin entered into him and discord of sin entered his soul.

When he entered Adam's sin, fell from perfection in God to sinful flesh apart from God. When ordered out of the garden he could no longer feel God spontaneously with their senses, and they were dead to him. God was dead because he was outside, a separate branch of the vine. I have to be comfortable and alert in my heart and spirit. Normally expect in round Lord about 4h00 in the morning. This time suits me better because it is the time when I'm physically rested and mentally alert and spiritually most. It is also time with fewer distractions. I have friends who often wait on the Lord of the night. However, I prefer not to do so after a day of work and dinner. So I'm not spiritually warning and food also makes me heavy.

Besides being tired from work, the workday stays in my head. In the evening also full of distractions due to the dinner, my wife's attention and possible phone calls. There are certain responsibilities in your life that can not pass by without leaving will the Lord. So I prefer the morning. Other times you meet.

After break I have to calm my spirit and soul before the Lord. Until now I was involved in physical activities to prepare myself to be physically comfortable. What I need now to open my spirit to the Lord and enter into a rest or peace of heart and spirit.

It's hard just to start relaxing your heart and focus on the Lord. So I have to prepare myself spiritually. I usually begin to pray for about 20 minutes, both with understanding and in the Spirit. We also pray a lot in the Spirit during the day. So much so that from time to time during the night woke up finding that I prayed in my sleep. I'm not saying others should do the same. I am connected with you my experience of life.

Then I take my Bible and read a passage for 5 minutes and meditate on it for 5 to 10 minutes. To take stock of all that I will choose a passage in line with what the Lord is talking to me. Then I'll thank the Lord for his goodness and mercy. For now my mind is open to the Lord.

A walk with the Lord is fun and exciting, and that is why we focus on things where the anointing is. We are different in character from the others and because of differing the anointing that is in every individual. Thus the Lord deals differently with each individual as a parent treated differently with each individual child. If we stay in the flow of what God is doing in our lives we will find the joy of the Lord. You must remember God is never boring, but his presence is fullness of joy. If you do not experience the joy of the Lord, we know we are not in the Spirit. I refer to an underlying deep joy that sustains us, regardless of the circumstances and is not something superficial and shallow.

The next step is to empty or clear your mind of all preconceived ideas or doctrines that can stifle the voice of the Lord. I normally I guess without knowing anything about God, but His love, mercy and grace. There is a blind out of mind. Do not try this because it is dangerous. You should always keep your focus in the Lord.

To clear your heart has to be empty of its own capacity. It is an attitude that fully trust in God. Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of God (Matthew 5:3). Because it considers its own capabilities as null and void to place all their hopes and trust in the mercy and grace of God. I do not know nothing but Christ and him crucified. I do not seek any revelation, but my heart is because only those who seek my soul loves. Or so I know the power of His resurrection!

I can describe this attitude by an experience I had when my father was still at home. I I grew up on a farm. The dog had four pups. My dad told me I could choose a puppy for myself, but others as gifts. I pity the most weaknesses of the four puppies. I gave this little puppy all my love and attention. However, the strongest of the four was persistent in seeking my attention and love. Because This attitude eventually choose this puppy soon to be my partner. This is the attitude one must have before the Lord. You must be relentless and persistent in pursuit your attention, while at the same time trust Him with your life.

To clear your heart also means that they are not at work or to enter God's rest. This means silent or quiet and listen. This is in the context of one lost in amazement and admiration.

Then, still and know that the Lord is God. This is not a place to seek knowledge of some truths, but to know him. If the Lord shows you something in his infinite wisdom, whatever. This often happens. You can ask for what period must wait upon the Lord. It can be anything from 20 minutes to two hours or more. Depends on your appetite for the Lord. Why do I say 20 minutes? While I was doing athletics I thought that the formation of less than 20 minutes, did not get any physical benefit. It may be wrong As expected in the Lord is concerned. Give the Lord your heart without expecting anything in return. He is faithful and He will bless. If you seek Him with all his heart he will be found. He was a lover of flowers especially margaritas and this lady was aware of his love of margaritas. One day he found a very peculiar daisy in your garden. He was so pleased with his discovery Flower cutting it and presented it to her friend so she could share her joy. She was so upset because it was an expensive gift that destroyed this beautiful flower in the palm of his hand, and emotion in the heart of this young man on this particular connection.

I went to the Lord in the beginning with the rotten attitude like this woman to this rich young man. While the Lord may receive the wonderful blessings that you do not mind waiting on it. I did not know how to be grateful by small things, because I was blind to the small favors of the Lord and I had not yet learned to share emotions with him recently. He had a way to go to find true love – thanks to my wife, who has encountered this lack in my heart.

Sometimes you can see visions waiting on the Lord or receive impressions the Holy Spirit. I also see visions when I'm praying. When I see visions while praying going to interrupt my prayer to save my vision in my dreams and the daily vision. Not so waiting on the Lord. This is my quality time with the Lord and I'll do this later. Sometimes I forget my vision at all or in part.
